    This study aims to determine positions with many criteria . In determining positions often appear the probability of every possible improper, because of the many factors that influence the assessment of existing options . In the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained uncertainty assessment is too subjective for qualitative data. Problems in determining the positions can be solved by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP ), which uses valuation in the interval , so that qualitative data can provide a more objective assessment. The criteria used in this study is obedience, performance, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and leadership with three alternatives A, B and C. Based on this research can be concluded, performance becomes the highest criterion weighs 6.95 priority, then the priority weight 6.76 obedience, responsibility weighs 6.63 priority , honesty with weights 6.27 priorities , cooperation with priority weight 6.12 and the latter 's leadership with priority weights 6.2 .     The use of ICT has penetrated into various sectors including in the field of government at the village level, both in village information management as well as village-owned businesses in the form of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Efforts to run BUMDes in a professional manner have not been carried out properly due to limited human resources in managing BUMDes especially the use of ICT in efforts to increase BUMDes income. This is experienced by BUMDes Liang Muda Village. The method of implementing community service activities consists of problem analysis, website analysis and development, website testing, socialization and training on website use, evaluation and exchange of opinions. The community service team facilitates the creation of village websites and provides assistance to village officials in managing and utilizing it for information dissemination and village promotion. The existence of a village website for the needs of BUMDes can facilitate the dissemination of information in the village so that it can be known by the wider community. Development of a website follow the development of the situation can be carried out in the future to support the BUMDes of Liang Muda Village so that it can be used to help the village community's economy

    Sensitivity of MAPE using detection rate for big data forecasting crude palm oil on k-nearest neighbor

    Forecasting involves all areas in predicting future events. Many problems can be solved by using a forecasting approach to become a study in the field of data science. Forecasting that learns through data in the light age is able to solve problems with large-scale data or big data. With the big data, the performance of the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) method can be tested with several accuracy measurements. Generally, accuracy measurement uses MAPE so it is necessary to conduct sensitivity on MAPE by combining it with the detection rate which is the difference technique. In addition, the k-NN process has been developed for the sake of running sensitivity by performing normalized distance using normalized Euclidean distance so that in this paper using the crude palm oil (CPO) price dataset, it is able to forecast and become a future model and apply it to Business Intelligence and analysis. In the final stage of this paper, the accuracy value in doing big data forecasting on CPO prices with MAPE is 0.013526% and MAPE sensitivity combined with a detection rate of 0.000361% so that future processes using different methods need to involve detection rates

    A new hybrid algorithm for multi‐objective reactive power planning via facts devices and renewable wind resources

    The power system planning problem considering system loss function, voltage profile function, the cost function of FACTS (flexible alternating current transmission system) devices, and stability function are investigated in this paper. With the growth of electronic technologies, FACTS devices have improved stability and more reliable planning in reactive power (RP) planning. In addition, in modern power systems, renewable resources have an inevitable effect on power system planning. Therefore, wind resources make a complicated problem of planning due to conflicting functions and non-linear constraints. This confliction is the stochastic nature of the cost, loss, and voltage functions that cannot be summarized in function. A multi-objective hybrid algorithm is proposed to solve this problem by considering the linear and non-linear constraints that combine particle swarm optimization (PSO) and the virus colony search (VCS). VCS is a new optimization method based on viruses’ search function to destroy host cells and cause the penetration of the best virus into a cell for reproduction. In the proposed model, the PSO is used to enhance local and global search. In addition, the non-dominated sort of the Pareto criterion is used to sort the data. The optimization results on different scenarios reveal that the combined method of the proposed hybrid algorithm can improve the parameters such as convergence time, index of voltage stability, and absolute magnitude of voltage deviation, and this method can reduce the total transmission line losses. In addition, the presence of wind resources has a positive effect on the mentioned issue

    Current Challenges and Advancements on the Management of Water Retreatment in Different Production Operations of Shale Reservoirs

It is vitally essential to propose applicable and efficient techniques to retreat produced water from onshore and offshore production units. This paper aimed to implement the PFF (Photo Fenton Flotation) method to optimize the water treatment procedure, as it is a twostage separation technique. The measurements were recorded for the HF (hydraulic fracturing) and CEOR (chemically enhanced oil recovery) methods separately to compare the results appropriately. To assure the efficiency of this method, we first recorded the measurements for five sequential days. As a result, the total volume of 2372.5 MM m3/year of water can be saved in the HF process during the PFF treatment procedure, and only 20% of this required fresh water should be provided from other resources. On the other hand, the total volume of 7482.5 MM m3/year of water can be saved in CEOR processes during the PFF treatment procedure, and only 38% of this required fresh water should be provided from other resources. Therefore, the total water volume of 9855 MM m3 can be saved each year, indicating the efficiency of this method in supplying and saving the water volume during the production operations from oilfield unit

    Engineering of novel fe-based bulk metallic glasses using a machine learning-based approach

    A broad range of potential chemical compositions makes difficult design of novel bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) without performing expensive experimentations. To overcome this problem, it is very important to establish predictive models based on artificial intelligence. In this work, a machine learning (ML) approach was proposed for predicting glass formation in numerous alloying compositions and designing novel glassy alloys. The results showed that our ML model accurately predicted the glass formation and critical thickness of MGs. As a case study, the ternary Fe–B–Co system was selected and effects of minor additions of Cr, Nb and Y with different atomic percentages were evaluated. It was found that the minor addition of Nb and Y leads to the significant improvement of glass-forming ability (GFA) in the Fe–B–Co system; however, a shift in the optimized alloying composition was occurred. The experimental results on selective alloying compositions also confirmed the capability of our ML model for designing novel Fe-based BMGs. © 2021, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals
